I see the plugin listed in configure, but it is not in twikiplugins dir.

firstly, let me tell you that there is no such thing as a aberration on develop.twiki.org. it either is/was in svn, or the machine has been hacked, and we're all stuffed. what this means is that when you see stuff like this it needs to be investigated rather urgently!.

the good news is, it is in svn, and even better, its from Will's PageStatsPlugin, so i'm going to leave him to decide if the plugin is worth fixing.. -- SD

ok, i cleaned everything up. i moved the tests from the TWiki web to the Sandbox web, and created a space for OoPlugin
