Very small detail. But I need to raise a bug to be able to show the problem.

With SVN update to 7438 a simple WebLeftBar does not align correctly at the top.

If I put a different logo or I use the default left bar on the TWiki web you do not see the problem.

So to reproduce you have to use a smaller logo image and a plain web menu with only bullets.
