Detail
The
TWiki.WebChanges properly shows relative change, such as "2 minutes ago" if
{DisplatTimeValues}
configure setting is set to
gmtime
, which is the default.
If
{DisplatTimeValues}
is set to
servertime
, the time is off by the difference between server time and GM time. For example, "2 minutes ago" becomes "7 hours ago" if the server is located in California.
