Per Config.spec doc, this should happen with {Ldap}{NormalizeWikiNames} if {Ldap}{WikiNameAttribute} is set to 'mail':

# If the !WikiNameAttribute is set to 'mail' a trailing @my.domain.com is stripped.

This is not the case. This bug fix implements that documented behavior.
