The statistics script calculate summation of file sizes under the data and pub directories. On a large TWiki site having thousands of webs, it takes very long -- can take hours. But it may not be so useful if those directories are on a dedicated disk partition.

{Stats}{SkipDataPubSize} will be introduced to suppress the summation calculation.
