TWikiVariables mentions DENYUSERPREFERENCES and ALLOWUSERPREFEENCES. Of the two, ALLOWUSERPREFEENCES is a typo: ALLOW + USER + PREFEENCES.

The code is consistent with the documentation. So it's "correct" but should be fixed.
