I installed/upgraded the plugin on TWiki.org. The styles are missing, e.g. the "view raw" and "edit links on hover are way too big.

Caused by two issues:

The @import() has a hard-coded pub URL path and a hard coded system web name; both should rely on actual configure settings
The AutoSections.css is missing in the package, but exists in SVN trunk. Likely a manifest issue.
