Recent Linux distributions (e.g. Debian Jessie) ship with CGI version 4.09, which doesn't work with TWiki before 6.0.2. TWiki:Plugins.CgiContrib

was uploaded so that users of "old" TWiki versions can work around the incompatible changes in CPAN:CGI

without updating their TWiki installations. However, this doesn't work for configure.

In TWiki 6.0.2, CgiContrib is part of the core, and configure has been fixed accordingly.
