This not really a bug, and maybe it's there for a purpose, but in view.raw.tmpl there is a space before the TEXT tag and the top of the file. This causes a P tag to be inserted. It's not normally a problem unless you want to output XML or other structured data from your topic.

There is no view.raw.tmpl template file in the TWiki distribution. Likely added by you?

The documented way to get the raw text is a raw=text or raw=all URL parameter to the view script - see TWikiScripts#view
