Detail

The many different versions of Perl's CGI.pm module we encounter have occasionally caused problems in the past. CGI is about to be removed from Perl's core distribution, and its maintainer Lee Johnson wants to overhaul it. All good reasons to keep one "well known" version within TWiki itself. For easier bookkeeping, create a Contrib to hold the modules.

I enhanced the configure script so that CGI and CGI::Carp are taken from this extension, not the system libraries.
