Item7597: Watching all new topics in a web adds user comments in watchlist topic

TWiki:Main.LinaAcostaWatchlist has "All" and "New" set for the Blog web. If a user adds a blog comment, a new topic is created if this is the first comment of a blog. In which case the user comment shows up in the comment topic as it should, but the watchlist topic has the same commend added as well!

Actual example:

• TWiki:Main.LinaAcostaWatchlist has "All" and "New" set for the Blog web.
• TWiki:Main.StephenWaner added the first comment at TWiki:Blog.BlogEntry201211x1: "Java script seems to still have a few issues with perfect Mirror image fonts that are in the all Caps".
• This created TWiki:Blog.BlogEntry201211x1Comments topic with the comment (as it should.)
• TWiki:Main.LinaAcostaWatchlist is changed:
  • TWiki:Blog.BlogEntry201211x1Comments is added as a watched topic (as it should.)
  • Stephen's comment is added at the bottom (BUG) - see diff at http://twiki.org/cgi-bin/rdiff/Main/LinaAcostaWatchlist?rev1=5;rev2=4

The WatchlistPlugin bug shows up when a CommentPlugin comment is added to a new topic. It does not show up if a comment is added to an existing topic. I verified this with another first comment on a blog topic.
