The viewfile script doesn't work as expected e.g. for /cgi-bin/viewfile/Web/Topic/image[1].png

Now, if you attach image[1].png, it's renamed to image1.png. So this is an edge case. But before Item7542 was worked on /cgi-bin/viewfile/Web/Topic/image[1].png worked. And there was a time when image[1].png was attached without changing the file name. So it's better to be fixed.

Besides it's worth making TWiki::UI::View::viewfile() more robust.
