Detail

On a site getting many accesses, the statistics script takes very long to complete. On such a site, a web may be deleted while statistics is running. If that happens, the site is sort of created only with the WebStatistics topic. To prevent it from happening, the existence of the web needs to be checked before writing WebStatistics.
