Item7449: Add EmbedExcelPlugin

Embeds Excel Spreadsheets in TWiki topics as HTML ++

Initial version committed to SVN as rev 27163.

N.B. You MUST upgrade Spreadsheet::ParseExcel to version 0.65 (or greater) This is in DEPENDENCIES, but if you bypass the installer and try an older version, it WILL crash.

Also, don't try building a standard kit after using a pseudo-installed version. You have to revert first (the demos change things.)

SPE 0.65 was released today (hence the delay in EmbedExcelPlugin).

I'll wait a while for feedback before releasing to the plugins website.

Note that there are things that will not render/will not render perfectly. Most of those can't be fixed due to limitations of HTML/CSS/Spreadsheet::ParseExcel. Despite this, it is quite useful/competent.

Also, note that the plugin topic is incomplete unless the plugin is actually installed. So if it interests you, install to see all the details (and demos).
