TWiki groups are defined by a variable set in a topic. Deleting groups is as simple as removing the topic that defines the groups...

Unfortunately, in TWiki 5, groups use a READONLYSKIN, rendering the :"more topic actions link inaccessible.

If you know what you're doing, you can modiy the URL in place, e.g.

.../twiki/bin/view/Main/EmployeeGroup?READONLYSKINMODE=0

but that's a hack.

As long as groups are going to be editable with a button, they should have a simil;arly easy UI for removal.
