I have both
  • Set EDITMETHOD = raw
  • Set NOWYSIWYG = on
set in my VickiBrown topic.

But if I create a topic by naming it in the URL field and going through the "This topic does not exist" page and then through WebCreateNewTopic, I'm put into WYSI edit mode.

The "Create this topic" button sends this URL


and my preferences are ignored.
