Above message is sent from TWiki server after TWikiRegistration.

But after enter verification code, nothing happens in server.

This means,

1. does not make TestTest topic

1. does not associate e-mail with user

1. another user-activating operations seems not to work.

This is likely a configuration issue, e.g. a support question, not a bug report. Make sure outbound e-mail is configured properly.
