Behavior of

%META{dontrecurse="off"}%

is the same as

%META{dontrecurse="on"}%

The same problem exists with nowebhome.

Workarounds:

don't use this parameter
or write dontrecurse="0" or nowebhome="0"

Changing this issue to "confirmed". Please help debug and fix issues. I think there is an internal function to check for boolean value of a parameter.
