Detail

If one uses an ! (exclamation point) to avoid autolinking of camel cased words in headers, the automatically generated TOC does not link to that header correctly. One simple bypass, that makes this one a very low priority bug, is to use <nop> instead.

I think this problme is similar to the one described at Item3288.
