Modify the code of NotificationPlugin to support the Latest versions of TWiki (espically 4.2.4 and 4.3.0).

The current versions use many Plugin/TWiki API's which are no more used in TWiki so it breaks.

Immediate notification and %NTF{}% functionality is tested. Pending tasks are:

  • Regular mail functionality - some how TWiki::Func::readTemplate("mailnotify") does not work in the script.
  • Need to modify the date/TWIki/ topics for latest version
