Not sure if this is the right way to submit a patch, but here goes: This one-line patch causes the function 'sysCommand' to display the path of the file it is trying to exec if it fails. Currently it displays something along the lines of "exec failed: no such file" which is not helpful at all. In my case I was moving my wiki to a new server and I had forgotten to install RCS.

This is a publicly viewable error message (through throw Error::Simple), but I don't think there are any security concerns in exposing the path of common binaries required by TWiki.

I have seen this error and frustration of person if rcs package is not installed in the system. The error was not meaning full if $path is not provided. Thank you for providing this patch - i have checked in that in the repositories.
