Detail

When playing around with TWiki 4.2.4 I forgot to disable WYSIWYG editing in my personal preferences. Thus I switched to raw edit mode each time, using the pickaxe button in TinyMCE. However, after that switch, there was no "Preview" button below the editor text field. OTOH, if I chose "raw edit" immediately, the "Preview" button was where it should be.
