I noticed this bug on the notes page dated 2006:

BUG REPORT: When using months="2" or more, headercolor="" attribute only applies to the first month, other months still have default headercolor

It looks like Nikolai never filed it as an official bug, though. I am affected by this problem as well and would like to see it fixed.
