With the latest version of WebPermissionsPlugin 17115 (12 Dec 2008) using

%TOPICPERMISSIONS%

in the displayed chart the save button is disabled. This renders the plugin unusable. This problem is related to the preferences for the actual web. If there are any restrictions set like:

      * Set DENYWEBVIEW = 
      * Set ALLOWWEBVIEW = TestGroup
      * Set DENYWEBCHANGE = 
      * Set ALLOWWEBCHANGE = TestGroup
      * Set DENYWEBRENAME = 
      * Set ALLOWWEBRENAME = TestGroup

then this weird behaviour occurs. If all web access prefs are removed like this:

      * Set DENYWEBVIEW = 
      * Set ALLOWWEBVIEW = 
      * Set DENYWEBCHANGE = 
      * Set ALLOWWEBCHANGE = 
      * Set DENYWEBRENAME = 
      * Set ALLOWWEBRENAME =

then the plugin works as expected...
