Item6153: PloticusPlugin - broken, image file has zero size

PloticusPlugin - Error.

I installed for a test the PloticusPlugin on a 4.1 TWiki to see if it worked and if so, to show it off as a part of a demo to a Wiki Evaluation group... (pertaining to graphs/charts in Wikis).

I tried as a demo to use the given examples in the Ploticus plugin page for ClusteredVertBars and PieChartAutomaticPercent and in both cases I get the following error(s).

PloticusPlugin Error: Cannot display the plot because the image file (ClusteredVertBars.png) has zero size. With a bit of luck the reason for this will be shown below.

In both cases, no errors are reported. Also by looking in the ./pub/TWiki/PloticusPlugin/ directory, the files that are supposively zero size... are not.

So... what gives? Why don't the out of the box examples even work? If those can be fixed, then it would make it a LOT easier to get custom charts/graphs to work.

Ack... this is sad... its looking like twiki.org has no support community anymore and its essentially dead...

Anyone have time to check this out and hopefully fix it? I'd love to use this as a demo piece for TWiki...

Just discovered this bug. This looks more like an installation issue. We have this plugin running on several sites. Check the Apache error logs. This ticket is best handled by a Support request on twiki.org.
