The contrib failed with an "Internal Server Error" when installed on a 4.2.3 Windows 2000 and Windows Vista platform. Found that the problem is that the first line of the /bin/publish script points to "#!/usr/bin/perl" which isn't the correct install path for perl on either machine. Changing the first line to the correct path (i.e. "#!c:/perl/bin/perl -wT") fixes the problem. The installer script should automatically update that path, should it not?
