The EditRowPlugin does not jump to row being edited if there are included tables.

To reproduce:

Create a Parent Topic with Several EditRowTables
Create a Child Topic with several EditRowTables
Include Child topic in the middle of Parent topic
Row Edit a table after the included Child Section in the Parent
Notice it jumps to no where

This can be annoying when there are lot of tables in the topic.
