I am reassigning this to LdapContrib. I cannot see from this report that a standard TWiki 4.2.1 would be affected by this.

TWiki-4.2.0's user code is seriously broken currently. Please have a look at the patches to it at Item5118. Basically, anything related to authentication, authorization or plain userinfo might be broken because of Item5118.
