After the recent fix for TABLE and EDITTABLE on same line I now have a new major problem.
EditTablePlugin fails if the EDITTABLE comes before TABLE on two lines.
I have put the 4 combinations below. The first fails. The edit button uis above the table and does not at all work.

TABLE before EDITTABLE on two lines
TABLE before EDITTABLE on one line

Not fixed yet.
Look at the 4 tables!
It is the same table and the same TABLE and EDITTABLE tag with the 4 combinations.
And it is easy to see that with the 4th combination the TablePlugin is not working. The column widths are not as defined in the TABLE tag.
