When TWikiRenderDotPm is generated it has a formatting error in it becuase of an unescaped &lt;literal> in the comments in the source code.

You can see the errant text with "http://twiki.org/cgi-bin/view/TWiki04/TWikiRenderDotPm?raw=on"

Here is raw text (around line 1507 in revision 16112)

And if you set $newtag to '', we replace the taken out block with the
 valuse itself
 * which i'm using to stop the rendering process, but then at the end
 put in the html directly
   (for <literal> tag.

That "<literal>", even though not at the beginning of the line !, causes the rest of the topic to be not-formatted.

The fix is trivial - a few lines earlier (1499 ... 1501) it was done correctly.
