This usage of parametrized include used to work. A handy feature I surely would miss.

The format value is not expanded at table render time, so the value is a literal %INCLUDE{}%. This happens because the table is now rendered in sub beforeCommonTagsHandler. And this was introduced to prevent variables to get expanded frown

For some plugins it might make sense to have a user-configurable option stating at which point of the rendering stage the plugin should kick in.

Pretty high on the nerd-o-meter, though.
