As I am testing the 4.2 RC2 with real users they all express surprise and confusion that when they press Edit they are met with no edit window visible but instead see the help text expanded.

If you are not familiar with the new editor you may not know to close the small twisty triangle or to scroll down.

The default - when no cookie is stored - should be that the help is hidden. Otherwise it is a helping a little too much.

This is both for the normal editor and the TMCE so I guess this is a pattern skin thing.
