Item5129: Configuration subsection "Miscellaneous", last one of "Security setup" is not handled by bin/configure

The bin/configure script do not show the last section ("---++ Miscellaneous") of the section "---+ Security setup".

I found it because we could not find a way in the web interface to toggle the AllowUrl config param, which is in this section.

I checked, the problem happens in all betas (1-3) and RCs (1, 2) of 4.2.0. It is not present in 4.1.x

I couldnt see WHY this is happening. I must be missing something obvious, I guess it is some simple mistake, but cannot find it, please help...

I guess you haven't clicked the "Yes, I've read all the documentation" button? This is indeed new in 4.2, and if you don't click it (which just redirects to the same configuration adding ?expert=1 to the URL), all EXPERT settings are invisible. Since the "Miscellaneous" section contains only expert settings, it collapses completely unless the expert settings are explicitly asked for.

Ah ok. this behavior is confusing as AllowURLs has user-visible impacts. I guess the "fix" should just to change the error message when one tries to include external URLs to point to this. No need to fix for 4.2 I guess
