Needs more care: This makes a bunch of unit tests fail in my installation.

Running FuncUsersTests
*** Can't locate object method "canFetchUsers" via package "TWiki::Users::Password" at /home/haj/public_html/TWikiRelease04x02/lib/TWiki/Users/TWikiUserMapping.pm line 1011.
All testcases with eachUserDontAllowLoginName and NonePasswordManager are affected.

Found: A stray pod directive in Password.pm converts the declaration of sub canFetchUsers to a comment.

Cleaned "WaitingFor" field.
