In 4.2.0rc1, previewing a change then saving it results in:


Topic was merged

Rev 0 was saved by TWikiContributor, while you were still editing.


There wasn't any save done, just the Preview step. This was seen editing two WebPreferences pages.

I'm guessing that there might be an issue with the timestamp on the topic files as installed, and while you were editing that time came around?

can you tell us more about your system - and check if your clock/tz is off?

I'm pretty sure this is a duplicate of the same problem that caused Item5258. It's clear that Whit is not going to feedback, so i think we have to judge that this is closed.
