Installation on version 4.1.2, working with IE 7 and server is debian.
When clicking on raw edit mode button, strange characters are appearing always starting as
%3C%21--WYSIWYG%20content%20-%20do%20not%20remove%20this%20comment%2C%20and%20never%20use%20this%20identical%20text%20in%20your%20topics--%3E%0D%0A%3CH1%20class
I found simular questions which proposed to clear the cache by clicking ctrl F5 on the page. This didn't work for me. I even ressetted the twiki server. But no success.
In fact my problem isn't that it doesn't work yet(there are other possibilities to go to the raw), but if you are returning to the WYSIWYG then all your changes are gone of course. And then it becomes difficult for me since normal users will click on this icon.

You will have to provide more information than that, I'm afraid. Are you using the latest downloadable version of
WysiwygPlugin and
TinyMCEPlugin? What do you see in WYSIWYG mode if you click on the 'HTML' button?
