I've installed the
TinyMCEPlugin in addition to the
WysiwygPlugin. It actually seems to have installed on my Twiki version which is
Tue, 04 Jul 2006 build 10807
I enabled both plugins in Configure. I have two issues. First of all, I now have an "Edit" button and a "WYSIWYG" button. Both bring up the same thing. Also, in either case, instead of the topic text I get "Unknown action" followed by the topic name. If I change the text and save it, it does save correctly. It just never loads up the existing topic text directly.
Please read the
TWiki:Plugins.TinyMCEFrequentlyAskedQuestions
for information on configuring the plugin with old versions of TWiki.
Not a bug.

I'm sorry, I don't see anything at that link referencing my second problem, which is the fact that I get an "Unknown action" error followed by the topic name in the text of the wysiwyg plugin.

Also, in Firefox both with
TinyMCE and Xinha I can't seem to get the popup windows to work (i.e. creating a table, inserting an image, etc.) These plugins DO work with Firefox -- the
TinyMCE demo on their site works fine. Also, the error reported when loading up the wysiwyg page isn't the same as it is in Firefox. Rather than saying "Unknown Action", it says "Invalid Command Main".

And, just to clarify what I mean about "not getting the popup windows to work", I mean that instead of the little page that should pop up to allow creating of a table, inserting of an image, etc., I just get a blank window that pops up with HTML code showing in it

Ok so I repent of my previous complaint about the HTML code showing in the popup windows. It WAS the Apache config issue as mentioned in the FAQ. However, my "Unknown Action" and "Invalid Command Main" issues stand.
