Continuing on from Crawford's work in Item3838, I've begun to implement an alternative usermapper (starting with Joomla)

and in the process am adding docco, fixing tests and makeing canonical user_id's more explicit, so that TWiki hand;es the change in selection between mappers more gracefully.

  • abstract out a more trivial mapper, that the twikusermapper (and most other) will subclass
  • I will have to add a set of unit tests for treating of legacy usermappers
