Detail

The doc in TWikiAccessControls blithely asserts that groups are done the twiki way (using topics). Of course with alternate user mappings, groups may be implemented quite differently, and this doc becomes confusing.

There's nothing wrogn with the doc that's there, per se, it's just it's difficult to replace it with accurate doc in the event that an alternate usermapping is used.

If it was %INCLUDEd it would be fine; then a contrib for an alternate usermapper could overwite it.
