Also, when i tried to use this plugin, i found the doc a bit hard to read.

Also, if you specify a form, the person making the transition has to be able to edit the topic in the target state.

Also, the docs are at odds with the code; the doc says you are not allowed to edit a topic if the edit field is empty, but the code says you are.

Fixed these in SVN, but did not re-release, so leaving this as "Waiting for Release" until I'm sure Thomas has seen it.
