I would love to see an enhancement to TWiki whereby I could define tooltips on mouseover for any TWiki link I make.

Suggested syntax: 

   [[link tooltip="foo"][linked words]]

Hm, maybe TWiki:Plugins.LinkOptionsPlugin could/should be enhanced for something like that. Try a feature request there.

TWiki:Plugins.ToolTipPlugin has some other crazy features that could be useful if used with care. Do you use it?
