External resources (tested with images) are not fetched via LWP if the wiki server is located behind a http proxy server.

Suggested solution: use the settings from $TWiki::cfg{PROXY}{HOST} and $TWiki::cfg{PROXY}{PORT} for LWP when fetching external resources.

it uses TWiki::Func::getExternalResource, so it should use TWiki's proxy settings now.
