Let's say we have a Topweb and beneath it Subweb1 . The PublishContrib Dir is published-webs .

If we export Topweb.Subweb1 with the zip option, we would suspect it to be placed in published-webs/Topweb/Subweb1.zip. However, if the folder published-webs/Topweb does not already exist, the zip file Subweb1.zip is not created.

Suspected solution: check for any needed top directories above the zip file and create them first.
