In order to have more available colors for text inks (and maybe others), I have sorted the 216 web-safe color names (see http://www.lynda.com/hex.html http://www.webreference.com/dev/graphics/palette.html) by hue and came up with a roughly sorted set of 4x12 colors (12 hues of colors, with 4 intensities/values each).

This is yet far from perfect but represent a good start, help welcome. The goal is also to try to keep color names and not just values like #65fb4a which makes for unreadable texts in raw text edit form.

Attached patch to pub/TWiki/WysiwygPlugin/twikitools.js to add these colors
