In svn 8036 CC extended the interface of TWiki::getScriptUrl() by adding a @param eter that holds a set of urlparams (and a possible anchor) which are appended to the resulting link. I would be nice to have this available for plugins in TWiki::Func too by adding an optional @param argunment to TWiki::Func::getViewUrl() and TWiki::Func::getScriptUrl()

It's already on getScriptUrl, and I won't be adding it to getViewUrl (I want to deprecate this method)
