According to the last bullet under To perform the upgrade, you need to: under Automated Upgrade Procedure it says * confirm your system settings by pointing your browser to cgi-bin/configure

this is incorrect. in my case, it would be cgi-bin/twiki/bin/configure

I am guessing that for the case of the example it should be cgi-bin/new_twiki/bin/configure

but in any case, the text needs to be fixed
