It's not immediately clear how a TWiki user should go about fixing or reporting bugs in the documentation (i.e. TWiki04/TWikiUpgradeGuide or TWiki04/TWikiInstallationGuide)

That's cool. Even better would be for this information to be in that bright yellow area at the top of each page!

(Does this "apply to" Build or Engine? Installation issues aren't mentioned in the lists and besides, this is a meta-docs bug. Sigh. You choose)
