About css misrenderings:

I had the same problem but it went away after I copied ./pub/TWiki from the original distribution to the upgraded distribution. Apparently the upgrade script copies the layouts from the old installation to the new one

I have the same problem, I also upgraded from Cairo to Dakar and have attached a screen-shot of what the Managing Webs page looks like. Version: "This site is running TWiki version Wed, 08 Feb 2006 build 8740"

About the browser: Mozilla Firefox 1.5.0.1 Windows, but I saw the problem on old Mozilla versions under Linux too. Internet Explorer 6.0.2900.2180 shows the same problem.

I have seen exactly the same screen after an upgrade. Reloading the page in Firefox fixed it, e.g. it was a browser caching issue.

The bug entry problem Upgrade script copies the layouts (PatternSkin css) from the old installation to the new one can easily be checked by comparing the css of layout.css.

There doesn't appear to be a bug here? Closijng, it will be reopened it it still applies.
