If I edit a page with WYSIWYG plugin and save the entire topic is deleted and replaced by the text

undefinedundefined

This happens only in Internet Explorer

I marked it urgent because even if this is released with Dakar as beta software it will be tried and even worse demo'ed. I had a very unsuccessful demo at the office today after I had destroyed two topics. So for TWiki advocacy this one is urgent.

Evil. The XMLSerializer in IE silently refuses to serialize the DOM. This problem isn;'t seen in Kupu because Kupu normally runs the code through an XML validation step (probably for exactly this reason). Unfortunately that validation step destroys comments.

I have re-enabled the validation step for IE only, but this means that HTML comments will be stripped on IE. I would be grateful if someone could check Safari.
