Current doc: in TWikiVariables#VarSTARTINCLUDE:

  • Syntax: %STARTINCLUDE{param}%
    • If param does not expand to a non-zero integer, then nothing will be included.

I have a hard time with three times negation.

Change doc and spec to:

  • Syntax: %STARTINCLUDE{disable="1"}%
    • Include is disabled if the disable paramater contains a non-zero integer

This is a small change to make it more crisp and leave flexibility going forward.

That doc is rubbish; that option was reverted ages ago (it was briefly used for the login prompt conditional)
